Licensing and local flavor rules
Since July 1, 2025, Illinois treats nicotine pouches as tobacco products, so buying and selling them needs a tobacco retailer license. Read the Illinois tobacco retailer license guide.
The City of Chicago prohibits selling or displaying any flavored nicotine products, so the flavored pouches on this page are not for sale or display in Chicago stores. The city also prohibits selling any flavored tobacco product within 500 feet of a school.
Unincorporated Cook County, since July 24, 2023, bars retailers from selling flavored liquid nicotine products, and its definition of flavor includes menthol, mint and wintergreen.
Incorporated suburbs set their own rules, so check the rules where your store is before stocking flavored products.

Ordering with the rest of your counter
Pouches go on the same order as lighters, candy and drinks. A ZYN wholesale Chicago order uses that same account.
Account pricing shows after you sign in. Add the pouch rows to that order online, or send the list by phone, text or WhatsApp at (630) 540-9910. The public catalog shows the rows and hides prices until then.
Delivery and pickup
Same-week delivery covers Cook County, including Chicago, plus DuPage, Lake, McHenry, DeKalb and Will counties, and no other counties. Delivery needs a $500 order minimum and there is no delivery fee. Orders under $500 are pickup only.
Pickup at 1141 W Bryn Mawr Ave, Itasca, IL 60143 is free with no minimum. Hours are Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM and Saturday 10AM to 4PM. Closed Sunday. See the delivery page.

Apply online at open an account or walk in to the Itasca warehouse. A tobacco retailer license is required to buy tobacco products, pouches included. Sales verifies that license before filling the order.
