Lighters are a small, steady counter item. Customers see them while paying and often add one to the sale, so most stores keep a few types stocked by the register.

What stores usually stock

Most stores carry a mix of the types below. The brands named are in Gokul's current inventory; check the catalog for current items.

  • Disposable lighters: BIC is the core brand, in standard colors and printed designs, including Chicago sports-team designs. Djeep pocket lighters are also available.
  • Torch lighters: Special Blue and Techno torch lighters in several sizes, for customers who want a stronger flame.
  • Refillable and utility lighters: refillable butane lighters, plus long-reach utility lighters such as BIC EZ Reach for candles and grills.
  • Butane and lighter fluid: Just Butane, Ronson, Zippo, and Lucienne butane, and Ronsonol and Zippo lighter fluid. Keep refills next to the lighter display.

Delivery and pickup in Chicagoland

Same-week delivery routes cover Cook County, including Chicago, plus DuPage, Lake, McHenry, DeKalb, and Will counties. Delivery orders have a $500 minimum.

Pickup at 1141 W Bryn Mawr Ave, Itasca, IL 60143 is free with no minimum. Warehouse hours are Mon–Fri 9AM–6PM and Sat 10AM–4PM; closed Sunday. Delivery timing is confirmed with your order. See the delivery page, or call sales with your store address to confirm your route.

Open an account

Apply online or walk in to the Itasca warehouse to open an account. There's no fee to apply, and you'll get an email when the account is approved.

You'll need your business name, contact information, and business address; your FEIN/EIN and state tax ID are optional. Sales may ask for resale, tax, and license documents during approval.
